Xiaomi has declared the upcoming version of its custom Android interface, known as MIUI 10. The announcement was made yesterday in China by the Co-Founder and Senior VP of Xiaomi, Hong Feng. Besides the name, the corporate didn’t reveal much else about the new interface. However, Gizchina reports that the corporate will focus on AI and machine learning with this version of the OS.

A few days ago, Xiaomi had declared that the newest version of its interface, MIUI 9, would begin rolling out to 40 of its devices. This includes devices just like the Xiaomi Mi 2 which were launched back in 2012. but it should be noted that MIUI 9 is based on golem nougat and not android oreo.

Soon after the release of MIUI 9, Xiaomi shifts its attention to the upcoming MIUI version, MIUI 10. Xiaomi Co-Founder and VP ‘Hong Feng’ says that the tenth version of MIUI will be smarter rather than being faster on that this MIUI nine depends on.

Currently, MIUI 9 is lightning quick custom Android OS. Xiaomi has removed more than fifty functions that were less used by the users to create ROM lighter and quickest. coming back to MIUI 10, the company will go quite opposite. Xiaomi VP says that the upcoming version of MIUI will be the work of MIUI 9, that is smart voice assistant. apart from this, the new version brings new emoji, revamped notifications and ‘notification dots’, new setting menu, higher battery life, and more.
